Hi Meghana,Complete class 12TH with excellent grades and clear IIT-JEE Advanced or complete the first year of a B.Sc Course in India with good percentile. To apply to a German university, you must complete 13 years and not 12 years education. So, the extra year is required either for JEE Advance or complete the first year. You must also know German language, since the UG courses are mostly taught in German language.

First of all, you should understand Biotechnology is not as such a professional course. Although, we call it so. But, with developing industrialization, there will be good carrier option in near future.

For B.Sc, very few universities have their own entrance exam. Instead, they have an entrance exam for integrated BS MS course. So, if you are only looking for B.Sc, surely you can try any universities except the central ones.
