No, PRIST university is not offered b.tech biotechnology.
PRIST university offers only these courses in engineering UG.
Civil Engineering
Computer Science and Engineering
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

After doing your B.Tech in Biotechnology, you can either choose to do a post graduate degree in the area of Biotechnology, if you are interested in Research. On the other hand you could also look into doing a management degree if you are looking at a Management post in the industry (eg Pharmaceutical Industry).
Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compar

Yes you can go for MSC courses in forensics. Your LLB will have an advantage when it will come to placements. But i must tell you most of forensic positions are filled usually by medical students. So it will be hard road ahead. . Instead i would ask you considering M.Sc in biotech or a b.tech lateral in biotech. Combining LLB with it its the brightest career in Biotech. A word of caution choose good institutes like IIT, NIT,IIIT, Amritha, LPU, KIIT, VIT, SRM etc. As you could be assure of placements
