No, PRIST university is not offered b.tech biotechnology.
PRIST university offers only these courses in engineering UG.
Civil Engineering
Computer Science and Engineering
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering

After doing your B.Tech in Biotechnology, you can either choose to do a post graduate degree in the area of Biotechnology, if you are interested in Research. On the other hand you could also look into doing a management degree if you are looking at a Management post in the industry (eg Pharmaceutical Industry).
Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary.
