Hi Gowthami,
After doing your B.Tech in Biotechnology, you can either choose to do a post graduate degree in the area of Biotechnology, if you are interested in Research. On the other hand you could also look into doing a management degree if you are looking at a Management post in the industry (eg Pharmaceutical Industry).
If you prefer to go down the technical research route, then you first need to get a post graduate degree –an M.Tech degree would be preferable. There are many universities that you could look at.
