In case of a campus change, students do not need to get involved in the fee and document process as the process is internally handled by BITS itself. However, if students opt for any other campus and leave their seats at BITS Pilani, they are refunded the additional amount paid for the hostel, as the accommodation at the Pilani campus is less expensive.

If parents arrive for students’ admission at BITS campus, they must take care of their lodgings as the college does not provide an accommodation facility. However, once the hostel room gets allotted to students, parents can stay with them for a day until the classes begin. After the beginning of classes, students must stay at the campus only.

The hostel allotment at BITS Pilani is done both on the day of reporting and the day before. There is no fixed criteria for the room allotment. Also, there is no provision of first-cum-first serve as all the rooms are similar looking and allotted randomly.

BITS offered B.Tech in different specializations such as civil engineering, computer sciences, mechanical, and Information trchnology. The fees for B.Tech is INR, 334,900. The fees for each branch is different. The fee for B.Tech offered at BITS powered by Sunstone is INR 59,100. The total tuition fees of the course is INR 354,900. Candidates can seek admission in the college by submitting the fees online or offline by visiting the college. Candidates can get admission by taking the JEE Mains or any other entrance exam selected by the college.

Based on reliable sources, the highest package offered during the recent BITS Pilani placements (placement season most likely concluded in 2023) was INR 60.75 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).

There are a total of 60 seats for the BPharm programme at BITS Pilani. The seat allotment process is carried out as per on the basis of applicants scores in BITSAT. BIT Pilani cutoff list for the BPharm course is prepared as per the applicants BITSAT scores. Hence, the cutoff marks vary every year. The last round score for admission in 2023 was 135, which shows an improvement from 2022, where the closing score was 109 for the General-All India category. Aspirants who meet the cutoff criteria become eligible for admission.
