As a class 12th board topper, you do not need to participate in the BITSAT counselling process. BITS Pilani offers direct admission to all first rank holders in their respective board examinations, provided they meet the following criteria:

• You must have scored a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology subjects in your class 12th examination.
• You must have secured at least 60% marks in each of the PCM/PCB subjects in your class 12th exam.

To get the direct admission, you need to register online at the BITS Pilani admission website from May 15 to June 15, 2024. You will need to submit documentary proof of being the board topper along with your class 12 mark sheet.

Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination of the 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board, or its equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate competence in English in order to be admitted to all of the Integrated First-Degree Programs, with the exception of B. Pharm.

The applicant must have received at least a minimum of 75% overall in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (if taken in BITSAT Mathematics) or a minimum of 75% overall in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (if taken in BITSAT Biology) in the 12th grade examination, with at least 60% in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects.
