BITS Pilani has a placement cell that conducted two placement drives every year. The Placement Cell organizes career guidance programs for all the students. The cell arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc.

According to media reports, the highest and average package offered to the MBA (Business Analytics) batch during 2024 placements stood at INR 27 LPA and INR 17.45 LPA. The placements offered to BTech CSE branch are going on for the batch passing out in 2024 and is not yet released by the official website of college. It will be published on the official college website once released. However, the median package offered during BITS Pilani placements for the 2023 batch stood at INR 30 LPA.
