The candidate must have passed B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons) Zoology with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university. Candidates who have passed B.Sc/ BA in Medical and Allied Medical Sciences/ Biosciences/ Life sciences with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university are also eligible to apply. So, you are eligible for this course.

B.Sc is mandatory in (Perfusion Technology / Anesthesia Technology / Cardiac care Technology/ Echocardiography) / MBBS/BAMS/BHMS
Snce you fall in this category, I don't think you can apply to this course.
