Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year UG examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, and Engineering) is eligible to apply. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. If you have maths in class 12 then you can apply.

Hi, you can apply for M.Sc Botany after having completed B.Ed. But, I think you should have done your Bachelor's degree in any B.Sc course, or at least have studied Botany, as an additional subject for being eligible.

Normally, scholarships are provided by the universities abroad on merit-basis, mostly when you apply your application will be considered for scholarship by default.
