Usually it's B.Tech. if you happen to crack a full-fledged technical role at a top firm. Though the value of a BSc degree paired with a top Uni. tag, relevant skills, good experience and academics, you can still crack some of the top roles in good firms in India with just as much as BTech packages (sometimes even more). For more insights, you can join LinkedIn communities of some of the recent BSc graduates from DU, JNU, BHU, etc. and get to know more about your degree, internships, resume-making, learning skills, additional certificates, etc.

For selection, students have to appear for entrance exams like JEE Mains or Q-CARE. However, Class 12 merit-based admissions are also available. The preference is given to those students who qualify entrance. After exam result announcement, the university selects students on the basis of Class 12 or entrance merit. A provisional letter is shared with selected students. All the shortlisted students have to pay first semester fee and submit documents within 15 days of receiving PLA. After fee payment, the university sends a CLA as a confirmation of admission.
