To be eligible for BTech at Siddaganga Institute of Technology, you should qualify in CET, COMED-K, JEE Main, or any state-level entrance test of recognised status. The minimum educational qualification is class 12 with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects. Properly qualified candidates can apply online through the official website. Meritorious admission is done, and branch-wise allotment is on the basis of entrance rank.

With a 45 percentile in JEE Mains, it's unlikely you'll get a B.Tech seat at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) through the JEE Mains route for the SC category. The cutoff for SC candidates at DSCE, especially for popular branches like CSE, is usually much lower. Even with the SC reservation, a 45 percentile translates to a very high rank, making it difficult to secure a seat.

While it's difficult to say definitively, your chances of getting a seat in SASTRA's B.Tech Data Science and Business Analytics programme with an 88% in boards and a 60% in JEE are not very high, but not impossible. SASTRA considers both 12th board scores and JEE Main scores for admissions, but JEE performance is a significant factor. With 88% in boards, you have a good chance of getting an A+ grade, but a 60% in JEE (which translates to roughly a low percentile) is a concern.
