IIIT Lucknow cutoff 2025 has been released for round 4, on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released category-wise for All India quota. In terms of highest package, BTech Electrical was the top branch. Students of this branch received highest package of 74 LPA in 2025. However, most number of students were placed in Mechanical branch, i.e 88%. The best average package was recorded in BTech CSE branch. CSE studnets received average package of INR 17.44 LPA in 2025.
