Yes, Birsa Agricultural University is a good choice for students. Birsa Agricultural University flagship courses include BSc and BTech. The programmes and activities of teaching, research, and extension are carried out through three faculty members (Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, and Forestry) with a total of eight colleges. Odisha University of Technology and Research BTech eligibility requires students to complete Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board. Students must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Those who meet the criteria can apply for the course provided they have also secured a valid score in the accepted entrance test.

Counseling is ongoing and with this rank, I am sure you're not going to get any seat until CSAB starts. Also, if you are not from the reserved category if still you want any college despite the branch then you can get some central university maybe .
