Determine what you'd like to study and where. This Directory of Canadian Universities is a good place to begin. It includes profiles of institutions and listings of their programs. You may want to research individual university websites as well. An easy way to access those is through the Universities Canada website university study. Without 55%, you cannot apply. Even if you apply some low ranking college might accept you but you won't get a visa. So I will suggest you to omit your Canada college plan and venture out somewhere else. Also before applying anywhere check with the colleges directly as to acceptance of distance education.
