Hi Subin,
Getting a job initially will be difficult particularly because you are a foreigner unless you want to work in a retail store. So it depends what kind of job you want to do. Completing your PG Diploma in Canada will allow you to work for 2-3 years which sounds like a better deal.

Hi, More than 5-years of gap is not impressive unless you gained some work experience. I can only advice to get in touch with the universities and agents who can guide you as per the university specific admission rules. You must also prepare for SOP accordingly and manage to get good recommendation reports.

Sorry Kaushal, no chance here. MS is extremely competitive. I am not discouraging you but this is a fact. Even if you apply for a PGDM in Canada, they won't accept 13 backlogs. Look at other countries, Australia perhaps. If your final percentage is good you may still have a chance in a very good university. Since the admission decisions are not taken by us, nobody can tell you exactly which universities you will get. You have to check the admission requirements and match with your own grades and profile. Shortlist some accordingly.

Take the IELTS though TOEFL is also accepted, but in Europe, IELTS is preferred, also accepted in Canada.

No, because for visa, you at least have to score overall 6.5 bands. It is a rule and in every subject such as listening, speaking, reading & writing you should not get marks below 5.5. I suggest you to reaper for IELTS and work hard. I am sure you will get 6.5 overall.
