Hi, with 55% you can apply only to SPP colleges. Otherwise for other non SPP and top ranking universities and colleges you will require more than 75%. Which college exactly will accept you cannot be answered since its a college specific decision. Just give your best shot.

Well, as you are looking to study abroad, then you should choose the course M. S. Which is totally research bases course. You can go there after completing engineering. You need to appear for the GRE TOEFL or IELTS entrance exam on basis of which you can get good university for the course. And with very good score you can also get scholarship. Germany will be best option, because Tuition fee of the German universities are negligible. Thanks.

In America, TOEFL is a good exam. The USA has its own criteria for selecting the student. Some countries take students without GRE, but in America many colleges prefer GRE, so if you really want to study in the USA, go through TOEFL and as for scholarship, I will suggest you to focus on the admission now.

Hi, for Master's degree, GRE requirement will depend on the university and the programme. Not every university requires GRE. IELTS or TOEFL is required for English language proficiency. Most important are your academic grades.
