Hi Padma Nair, most PG Diploma courses are of 1 year. Its a good choice and a very popular choice. PG Diploma programs are job ready, professional in nature. But the demand of your programme and your academic performance and skills will matter when you are out there looking for a job.

Hi Meghanjali, not sure of the Skype interviews, but if you are looking for MBA without GMAT you can check Vancouver Island University, Thompson Rivers University, New York Institute of Technology, Lakehead University - Thunder Bay campus, Royal Roads University and Athabasca University.

In my opinion, any Business school which waives GMAT is not a good option to study. It is a mandatory requirement for most of the universities, there could be different admission process for getting into a MBA programme without the GMAT.
