Hello,
I doubt your eligibility for admission in a Canadian university, a three year degree is not easily accepted, also the desired program needs related education background and work experience. You should still check the university's websites for entry requirements such as University of British Columbia, Dalhousie University etc.

Hi, that's too many backlogs, please check in Australia. You have very poor chance of admission in Australia.

Hi, for long term growth you must keep gaining knowledge and qualifications, but overall it's fine to do. Also diploma programs will prepare you and make you job ready after course completion.

Hi, will depend on the nature of your gap, ideally you are fit for an MBA, for admission into MS you must have been highly academic and must have had research oriented work experience, publications etc.You are advised to email a couple of universities and get your profile screened beforehand.

If you apply under SPP, they accepts not more than 8 backlogs. For non SPP colleges 55% marks is not easily acceptable. You can email some colleges and get in touch with the college representatives and see what you can do.

Hi, depnds on which university you are comparing the other with, IITB IISC have international stature and repute, among the very few institutes in India having global recognition, the answer will also depend on where want to settle.
