Guide-Level 14
Popular countries for studying international relations apart from Canada are Australia, UK, USA, Netherlands and Germany, career includes political analyst, intelligence specialist, etc. It won't be easy to get a job abroad directly after graduating here, some good work experience, project works abroad, etc., would be required.

The college will inform you even if you don't get the offer. Normally, 1-3 months can be taken depending when you applied, number of applications, etc. If you are so worried then please drop them an email.

You can apply to a lot of universities since your CGPA is quite good but which university will admit you is difficult to suggest as it's a university's decision. How selective it is and how strong your profile is as compared to other applicants? The University of Alberta, University of Waterloo, Ryerson University and McGill University are some you can try.

You can do PG Diploma or a graduate certificate course in the relevant field of your choice, a specialised course in areas like finance, marketing, human resources, international business, etc. Choose as per your interests.

Your profile is confusing, your work experience is irrelevant to your education background though it all depends on your interest. If you are willing to study in Canada, you must choose a relevant course basis your education and work experience so choose accordingly.Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental engineering, etc., are some options.
