Hi Hemank,
I will suggest you look into Australian universities for better chances of admission and work opportunities in your field. 51% is low for Canada and even if a college admits you, visa rejection rate is high.

Hi Pallavi,
Different universities have different requirements, but a majority of them prefer first class marks, higher the better. 65% and above is the least recommended.

The Master of Engineering (MEng or ME) are postgraduate Master's degrees offered by Canadian Universities that is achieved for higher studies in one of the engineering sciences branch or subject. Due to the numerous possibilities for specialisations in the area of Engineering Universities also offer degree types such as the Master of Science in Engineering (MS in Eng.). MS in Engineering subject is equivalent to MEng or ME or M.Tech ( awarded in India)

First, decide on a course and college, and then it would be easier to decide where you want to study. If your concern is with work, you can use your diploma in B.Sc. Nursing to get a job abroad.
