Hello Dhruv,
In these countries, population is decreasing and as a result seats are lying vacant in colleges. This has forced them to accept students from other countries. Thus chances are quite bright to get admission for undergraduate course in these countries.

MBA in IT would be a great option as you do have work experience and I hope you are from computer science engineering, which will make your profile stronger. Canada is one of the best place to pursue MBA and you do have opportunities after your MBA but assurance of job may not be guaranteed as it's based on your outcome from MBA. Wish you good luck.

Hi,
It depends on the course structure, generally it will be difficult if the level of programs are same, also it depends on the college, more so even if a college accepts you it is the visa which is less likely, so you have to see that the course will be really helpful or not and if you will be job ready.

Hello Divesh,
Yours is really interesting case. Your CGPA is reasonably well but you have passed with backlogs. If the competition is intense then your chances are slim, but if less students apply, then you may get a look in.

Surf internet, go to your nearby IDP, and they may shortlist colleges based on your Bachelor's score and IELTS score. If you don't have IDP, search for a reputed consultancy, which doesn't charge. Meet them and they will help you.

Hi Abhishek, the terminologies used in Canadian universities are different, however typically a B.Sc or BS are more theory and general.BEng is practical and makes you industry ready, more into applications.Check here
