This is a decision and choice you have to make based on your interests, aptitude and career plans. Your grades are alright but majority of the top notch universities require 75% and more. Visit university websites and check programmes that they offer, figure out your likes, dislikes and decide what do you want to study.

Basis your grades, you are eligible to apply to top notch universities such as University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, University of Western to name a few. You must also take the IELTS and admissions will also depend on your SOP and LORs.

You must complete your Bachelor's degree first to be able to study a M.Sc. A four year Bachelor degree is required to study in Canada.
