Hi,
There is no MBBS in Canada, you must complete your Bachelors degree in biology and clear the MCAT before applying to a medical school.

Yes, the market is pretty good but do check the Canadian immigration website and labour shortage list and find out the professions in demand.

Upto 5 is acceptable. I am afraid 20 is a huge number and 62% is not too great a score.Try in less competitive countries like Portugal, Ireland, etc.
