Hi Lovepreet,
There are thousands of courses you can choose from. You need to stick to your educational background and know your interests. Since you have not mentioned your background or any other details, I cannot suggest you anything. You can find the courses here:

To apply for Ph.D. programs you must write to the universities, the department supervisors precisely. You must share your research ideas or proposal, they will accept you only if they find your research thoughts interesting. Research on the universities, check what all universities actually have to research about. Scholarships and funding is something you have to discuss with the supervisor. In US full funding is available, however, countries like UK do not guarantee or offer any funding.

You are eligible but you have to be extra careful with the university application. Work on your SOP and LORs. Also you can apply for SPP colleges only since universities require more than 70 to 75%.

If you want to pursue a 2-year course, you can apply for an advanced Diploma or post secondary Diploma. You must ideally look for Bachelor's degree programmes with the good academic grades you have. Check for admission requirements on college websites, enquire about co-op options, career assistance they provide and then apply.

Universities abroad have bridging courses or foundation programs in English, designed for students not meeting English language requirements. You must visit college websites and check for these details on the same. Please email them for IELTS requirement and such bridging courses, colleges will guide you accordingly based on your profile.

It may be good for some and not worth it for others. Every person has different skills, interests and career goals. Basically, know that pharmacy technician is an assistant to the top or main pharmacist. My suggestion would be that you check career outcomes related to this field, see if it actually interests you before applying. Pharmacy overall is a good field in Canada with a lot of scope.
