You have a very good IELTS score and decent aggregate. But, most of the Canadian universities are acad-centric. They are mainly concerned about the aggregate and backlogs. However, few decent universities will still accept your score. Here is the list of universities, which you can aim for :
1) Concordia university, Montreal
2) University of Lethbridge
3) NYIT, Vancouver
4) University of Lakehead
5) Brock University
6) University of Windsor
All the best.

Your IELTS score is pretty low to get into the Masters program. I would suggest you to retake IELTS and score better and then apply for the universities.
Please refer the link below and choose the course and university :

Its a good thought that you have chosen Canada as your study destination. The scope of courses depend on province to province. Civil Engineering and petroleum engineering courses are in great demand in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba province. Aerospace and mechanical engineers are required in Quebec. But, you need to learn French in order to work in Quebec. If you are IT oriented then you can choose Ontario province.
All the best.

This can be decided by the university only. Backlogs are not accepted well by Canadian institutions. They are extremely competitive, however you can still check with a few average ranked universities or colleges. Cases of visa rejection is also high if you are not academically strong. I would suggest you to keep options open, Australia and New Zealand and some European countries would be better.
