The best way is to apply for P.Hd in the subject of your interest with a good research proposal as you will get funds for 4 years. Simultaneously, you can apply for some job and PR too.

Every possible degree at bachelor's level is open for you. B.tech in any branch, B.Sc comp science, diplomas, certificates etc. You may also choose pure sciences or management. For English, You must take TOEFL/ IELTS to hv a good chance for selection. Just choose the degree first, then universities to which you wish to apply.
