Dear Krishna,
Neither is the best choice for automobile engg., the best is Germany and cost is the least, however getting admission requires the help of a good and reputed consultant, suggest you use the help of one.If it is MS in Mechanical then i suggest Australia, however, the budget will be around Rs 40 lacs.

For MBA in Canada, you will first need to have relevant work experience. It could range from 2 years to 5 years. Most universities ask for this criteria to be fulfilled. Other than that, you will have to give GMAT and either IELTS or TOEFL exams.

You haven't mentioned which stream did you have in your 12th class. The most popular undergraduate course Indian students choose is usually business courses, but that will not be applicable for you if you had science stream. In science stream, bachelors of science in any chosen specialty is popular.
It will be a lot easier to answer if you mention your education background till now.

Dear Rohan, you must first complete your BBA and then comes MBA, to do your BBA you need to complete 10+2 and give SAT and TOEFL. Post your BBA you have to gain few years of work experience to be eligible for MBA. Again for MBA you must take GMAT.

You can pursue masters in computers, mba or diplomas too. You will require GRE/GMAT and TOEFL/IELTS first to apply to any university.
