Hi Arbaz, while 2 years PG Diploma is hard to find. Below are some of the colleges which offer 2 year PG Diplomas or atleast 18 months duration . You must however check the colleges for program availability.
Thompson River University
North Island College
Humber College
George Brown College

Universities do not give the visas firstly. You must first meet the admission requirements of the universities and then apply to ta program of your choice. You can apply for the study visa only if you have been accepted by a college or university. Please check university or college websites and see if you meet the admission criteria. Apply before the deadlines as waiting till the last day will hamper admission chances. Also see if you meet IELTS requirement. Best of luck.

In Canada some of the top ones include University of British Columbia, University of Western Ontario, York University, University of Toronto and Queen's University. Similarly in New Zealand top ones includes University of Otago, Victoria University Of Wellington and Auckland University of Technology Business School.

You must target a GRE of above 310. If your academics are not good you must work hard on your GRE. best of luck.

The requirement for master's in Canada is GMAT/GRE and TOEFL/IELTS with atleast 7 band score. While total cgpa expected might be more in good universities, 6.8 can be accepted. (I hope your backlogs are also cleared now). So start preparing for your GMAT/GRE and before that choose atleast 5-6 universities as per your budget, write to them about your interest in their master's and they will guide you at each step further. Unlike India, international universities are very helpful in guiding you.
