Hi,
It is a good option to opt the B.Sc bio-technology. You can explore yourself in various public sector areas. Going for higher studies is also a nice idea.
You can also go for the following profile.
1. Scientific assistant
2. Biostatistician
3. Clinical Research Manager

Yes, definitely and why not. The only factor is clearing the cut-off and it has been clearly stated in the prospectus/ bulletin of information that gap years would be no bar for seeking admission in DU.
