Yes, absolutely! There is no criteria which states that you cannot. Just the fact that if you have to get an admission, you need to do well in the interview and when they ask, you need to convincingly explain to them why you could not complete the course in the given time.

Hope you are doing good. There would be a better time to apply for 1 Year Global PG Diploma in Banking & Finance, if you have not already applied.
