Hi Damini,
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
- Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.
- Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.

Cut off differs from institution to institution. So if you are aiming for IIM's then you got to score above 90. If you have a score more than 90 then you could bag among the IIM's if not the top one's. And CAT score is not the only thing that is required for getting admission but a good command in English language is necessary. Above that you gotta have knowledge about the current affairs. So if a person gets a call from a institution it doesn't assure admission there because he have to go GD & PI rounds.

Hi,
Cut off depends on the course you opt for in college.
For PGDM General the last year cut off was 75 percentile and for PGDM International Business it was around 65 percentile.
PGDM Retail Management and PGDM International Business Management other competetive exams are also take into focus.

You can surely give CAT examination after BCA through correspondence because both regular and distance mode graduation are considered for the CAT exam.

That depends upon the b school you are targeting. If you are targeting iims then its necessary to write CAT. And many other colleges also accepts CAT score.

The cutoff for the college changes every year. Last year the cutoff for PGDM was 87 percentile.
