There is not a specific course that will guarantee you a job in Google. But there are many courses which will help you develop the necessary skills to get a job at Google. These along with a very good understanding of preferably one of these object-oriented programming languages: C+, Java or Python will help you immensely. You can do Data Structure related course and Algorithms are a must when it comes to job interviews.

Yes, you can give improvement exams. But you have to pay 550 for two subjects if you want to, otherwise, give 550 for one subject only. And you will come under the category of private students.
