If you are aspiring to be a pilot, then it will not be of any major use, because you will be flying in an environment where English will be majorly used for almost all the communication. Radio Telephony and ATC communications will require usually English and you may also communicate in French, but only when you fly in French airspace. Hello,
Hope you are doing well. Congratulations on passing the JEE Advanced examination with its cutoff range but as you said you have only 64 % in the 12th board so you are not allowed to get the college through JEE Advanced because it requires 75% to be eligible for IITs. You should go with JEE main score under sc category and try for NITs if you have a good ranking.

No, no college gives admission on the basis of your 12th marks. However, if you wish to get into college on the basis of the same, then try getting in through management quota.
