Arts stream in class 12th without any doubt. You may not find fashion design related subjects rightaway in 12th, go through syllabus and subjects available, choose what interests you more.

Hi, typically maths is compulsory but not if you are doing B.A. In Economics. You are not eligible for B.Sc. Economics. I will advise you to approach the desired college and university and see what they can do. Check if you can do a pre-requisite course in maths. This will entirely depend on the university though.

If you have a domicile certificate for Tamil Nadu, then you are eligible.

You can apply for CAT. If you score very good marks (above 95%), you may get admission in Iims. If you are interested to study abroad then prepare for GRE/IELTS/TOEFL.
