4 courses you can take to become a cadet officer in merchant navy after class 12:
1) B. S. Nautical Technology
2) B.Sc. Nautical Science
3) HND Nautical Science
4) Diploma in Nautical Science
The prerequisites to join a maritime course pertaining to the Merchant Navy are generally kept to the minimum, except the physical fitness and medical requirements. However, it is advised that an interested individual inquire with the respective institute offering the course in order to get the exact criterion. Regards.

Kindly provide with the details of institute you wish to pursue the course from. However, the fee for the course ranges between INR 1,40,000 to INR 2,00,000 for Indian students.

For the purpose of your choice of career, you need to mandatory pursue a course of Bachelor's in hotel management from any IHM for better prospects, and if not IHM, then from any other institute of good reputation. Also, you alternatively can pursue an MBA in human resource management, which would upgrade your chances of getting a better placements in this line of career.

For a PCB combination student, following are career option apart from MBBS
B.Sc Agriculture
ICAR, BHU Agriculture, Various other colleges conduct their own exam to get admission in B.Sc. Agri. After completion of this could you could start your career as Agriculture officer in bank, you can join Block agriculture officer (BAO) and so many. Biotechnology
A biotech engineer maintain the medical equipment or they can serve as a biotech officer. Pharmacy is 4 year course. After completion of this course you can join as MR, pharmacist and so on.
Apart from this, many others courses are available and better career option is possible.

In which college, do you want to take admission?
Every colleges have different fee structure and entrance criteria. Some college offer admission on the basis of class 12th percentage, while there are large number of college, which offer admission only on the basis of JEE performance.

After class 12th, options are really open for pursuing Mass Communication Courses. You can start from the list of BJMC or BMC (Bachelor Degree) and there is no end after that. Why I am saying this, because Mass Communication covers a varied domain of media and Mass Communication related studies. Advertising, Marketing, Films, Photography, Editing, Graphics Animation, Public Relations, Packaging, Radio, TV, Anchoring etc. You can do a Bachelor's Degree in any of the above domains, depending on the institution you choose to study at. After that, Master's Degree shall also have specializations as options.
