Well, you certainly can go for BBA, even after having a Science stream in your class 12th.
There are no restrictions, as such and also BBA as a course is much analytical than theoretical. You won't be at a loss while pursuing the course even after being a Science student. Also, it has a good scope depending upon your future plans.

It is difficult to comment on admission, since it is subject to quota like General MS (Maharashtra Student) or OMS (Other than Maharashtra Student) and also OBC, SC/ST.
For ILS specifically, it is suggested that you look up last round cutoff of admission at ILS on the website: ilslaw.edu

The perfect course for you is entirely dependent on your affinity towards any subject, your skills, etc. But, if you are looking for a course in Science, and if are a tech savvy, I would suggest you to take up mechatronics engineering. It is an amazing course and the future of Indian technology. As Tamil Nadu has the most number of colleges that offer mechatronics, it will be easy for you. All the best for your results.
