At this score, I am sorry to inform you that cutoff for Welingkar is at least 97 percentile for PGDM and 98 percentile for MMS course. It will be tough to get but still you can try another year. Keep working hard to nail the required score. I am sure passion and Hard work will surely help you reach what you want.

Hello,
You can pursue diploma after class 10th. 12th is not mandatory in order to pursue a Diploma.
