MIT is one of the most selective universities in the world, if you are aiming for MIT then you must be academically exceptional. A solid amount of extracurricular activities will be required because they don't prefer boring students. What you will bring to MIT will be the question. As for the process, you have to clear the SAT and SAT subject test and apply via the Common Application portal popularly known as Common App. You can apply to many universities via Common App. You can check this portal right from the beginning, create your account and get acclimatized with the requirements such as transcripts, LORs, SOP, test scores, predicted scores and so on. My advice will be to apply to more than one college which is a common practice and not just rely on your MIT application since its one of the toughest.

The odd subjects can be dealt with additional time. You have to prepare your study schedule accordingly. It is recommended that you divide the time equally between your 12th boards and medical entrance exam. After each topic always revise. Follow the popular study and test materials. , Previous year question papers are highly recommended, it is a good practice to also learn time management while practicing with previous year question papers. Focus on your weaker areas, if required devote some addition time to those areas. However this does not mean you will ignore areas that will most likely fetch you the higher scores. Mock tests are a must and helps you to understand your improvement. Apart from the rigorous studies, keep a check on your health and rest well.
