FMS Delhi has historically not been considering past academic scores while making the list of candidates to be called for extempore+ PI round for admission to its flagship MBA program.
CAT score is used as the admission criteria and my advice to you would be to score as high as possible in CAT exam. A good CAT score of 99.6+ percentile will put you in a really good position to get admission into FMS Delhi.
If it chooses to introduce some weightage to past academic scores then you may be at a slight disadvantage because of your 10th standard percentage of 70 to compensate for this, you would be required to score higher in CAT and increase your chances of getting an interview call.

Biomedical engineering has an immense scope, however, you should first check the entry requirements, since this course requires engineering basics, you may have to complete some pre-requisite courses. Work is vast in this area from designing electrical circuits to building artificial body parts, you would be combining engineering and biology. There is a huge scope in RnD. Salary range will depend on the job role, county and the state you're working in. Typical its range is from $50000-$90000 annually. Reports suggest that the employment of Biomedical Engineers will grow in 2024 in the United States with the advancement of technology.

To become a commercial pilot:
1. You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th with science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2. Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
3. General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
4. You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
Next is the private pilot license which includes sixty hours of flying. A commercial pilot licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.
