Hello Sunil,
PG diploma indicates that it is "Post Graduate" diploma. Meaning you can do it only after obtaining graduation. Unfortunately two years if study for diploma or even obtaining this diploma is not equivalent to degree and hence unfortunately you are not eligible.

You can pursue a professional course like ACCA. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. It is a leading international accountancy body. The ACCA qualification is recognised and is treated in other countries as being equivalent to their local qualification. For further details kindly visit the below mentioned URL.

Hello Basil,
You have more than enough time to prepare for CAT.
Go through the syllabus first.
Point out what are your strong areas and weak areas.
Practice your strong areas and work over your weak areas.
Start reading english novels, articles, newspapers daily. That will improve your vocab which is very important for Verbal section of CAT.
Purchase books for the same to practice.
To check the level of difficulty of CAT,
Go through the previous year papers of CAT. Try and solve it.
Time management is a very important aspect.
You need to know that art in order to pass CAT with flying colours.
Good luck!

Dear Abhay if you are right now in 12th, than I personally believe that you must focus only on your studies. Don't go for numbers. Instead, try to keep your scorecard excellent. It is your scorecard that will keep you ahead of others. As far as admission is concerned, various colleges running such integrated course have their entrance exam. You can appear those in order to seek admission into such courses. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God bless you.
