Ma'am, you can give class 12th exams through open university like IGNOU or NIOS, etc. These universities will enroll you in class 12th. Through these universities, you can give 12th exams of your choice of study. They also provide study materials for study and some classroom sessions are also conducted.

First of all, you should make and analyse yourself in which subjects you're good & have an interst. Engineering is also a degree. So, if you're interested in engineering, go for IITs, NITs, VIT or top 100 engineering colleges in India. Otherwise, you should pursue life sciences in IISC then your salary, lifestyle, career is all set with a good salary & top position. All the Best for your future.

There is no major problem for private exams as many students are appearing in those exams and improve their result. Also, it is valid all over the India. But yes, it has a problem when your academic record after your 12th is not good. Give these exams and score more than enough and then try to secure good marks in future so that there is no problem at all.

Let me explain you, there are two types of fashion designing course: one is Diploma in fashion designing (it's a one year course where you will be provided job assistance, job assistance means the institute where you will study will give you contact details to go for the interviews) and the other is a regular course (it is a 3-year one, B.Sc in fashion designing where you will learn everything about fashion designing) and will be provided internship. Also, you will be guaranteed a job. So, the choice is yours. Choose whatever you want to take. All the best!
