Industrial Design Eligibility

Virtually all entry-level positions for industrial designers require a bachelor's degree in industrial design, engineering, architecture or a similar field. Prospective industrial designers may be required to possess basic art and design skills before entering into a bachelor's degree program.
Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Industrial Design)
A candidate who has passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board or institution like CBSE or state board is eligible to go for this course.
How to Get Admission in Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Industrial Design)
A student can get admission to this course through entrance exams like JEE Main or JEE Advanced. Some colleges also offer direct admission or lateral entry to this course.
Greater part of the institutions have set entrance exam as a criteria to get into this course. They can be national level entrance tests like JEE Main or JEE Advanced or exams conducted by individual universities.
