There many courses like you can opt for engineering, B.Sc, animation course, interior design, game design, hotel management, fashion design, BBA & BCA. You can also opt for courses to join merchant navy (IMU CET), and there are a lot many courses that you can do.

You can get admission in Russia. MCI gives acknowledgement to students from NIOS to appear for MCI screening. But, this rule might change from next year.
So, if you are going this year, you might get acceptance.
