If it's more than 2-years since your 12th exam you are not eligible to reattempt now. Enroll into NIOS and take your 12th all over again.

Hi,
If you want to study Bachelor's degree, your academic record from 10th to 12th will be checked. Change of board is fine and I don't see any reason why it should have a negative impact on you admission. You must meet the admission requirements importantly, have good grades and take the IELTS.
