Sorry to say but 12th pass outs with commerce stream cannot join merchant navy.
You should try joining the army, just fill up the form and make sure you fill the prerequisites. Wish you good luck for your upcoming exams.

The best way to predict college through JEE Mains score is Shiksha college predictor:
https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Check if PEC is in the list or not.
It shows accurate results.
After that, just go for counselling of that college.
