Yes, there are seats which are filled through management quota.
I think management quota and normal quota fee are same. Expect this year fee to be hiked by nearly 10,000, that is 1,35,000.
You've got a good score in 12, you should apply for other college.

To get admission in BE/B.Tech program, one should have passed 12th Science schooling with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. In case of IITs, for admission, students have to clear the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination). In case of other private institutes, students have to clear state wise and/or respective Colleges entrance tests.

Admissions to engineering colleges is mostly through some or the other entrance exam. If you have not given any then you have to wait for cycle of next year to begin. Till then, you can do revise syllabus of entrance exam.

Don't worry about things over which you have no control. Accept mistake, try to send mail to administrative person. How about other important places where you have to fill up many things. Have you filled them up correctly?
