As per your JEE marks, you are eligible for NITS. But you have not provided your rank and if you have any category then provide category rank so that I can provide you a link for cut-offs:

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE Mains paper-2
because 300+ marks are usually considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs.
No chance is there for you to get into NIT, IIIT or any other Govt. college if you are a general category candidate.
So, you should better try for a private college/university.
