You can admission in some other good colleges of DU which suits you and your heart in 1st or 2nd cut-off, and afterwards, if the cut-off of Hindu College comes down, you can take admission in it, but for that, you will have to keep watching the cut-offs carefully. To become a CA after class 12th first, you have to take an entrance exam that is CPT and you have to clear it and go to the inter that is IPCC and that is approx after 1 year of CPT and you have to clear the first group of IPCC to become eligible for 3-year articleship and after that final.
It's approx 4.5 years process provided you clear every exam in the first attempt.
Best of luck.

Dear Harish,
There is no such particular stream which is considered to be the most appropriate stream for civil service exam. As you can see in the last year results, the maximum number of candidates selected for IAS were holding professional courses but that doesn't means that you have to pursue a professional course to succeed in civil service exam. You just need to be focused and have to prepare separately for the civil service exam, no matter which stream you belong to.

If you have additional biology then you can go for pre-medical entrance tests like NEET and AIIMS, but if you don't have biology as an additional subject then you should better go for engineering career rather than MBBS.
