Hello Aarati,
There are plenty of opportunities after 12th. It all depends on what you wish to do. You can think of doing M.Sc in one of the subjects if interested in teaching. Join DRDO if interested in research. TIFR offers very good opportunities in physics.

We cannot predict what will happen by 2023, but with some ideas I can suggest you to pursue B.Tech in ECE branch because in coming years there are many ECE based companies which will visit India and consequently there will be high demand of ECE graduates.

For CA it is better if you have maths, as to pursue CA you have to appear for an entrance called CPT which includes the syllabus of 11th and 12th along with maths subject.

You have to select your subject stream on the basis of your interest of subject. If you are from bio stream then go for medical course, if you are form maths then go for engineering, if you are from commerce then go for BBA and if you are from arts then go for arts courses.
