The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your Course stream is your own interests and career aspirations. With arts stream the options open to you could be:
1. Bachelors in Geography.
2. Psychology.
3. Literature.
4. Mass Communication
5. Hotel Management, etc.

In order to pursue Nursing you need to pass in 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board / university with English and Physics , Chemsitry and Biology with an aggregate of 45% in PCB.

You don't need any formal degree to be a musician though you might have to join some short term certificate or diploma course related to music.
Music is all about reaching out to the people and getting appreciation for the same and for that you need to have a genuine love for music, a musical sense, which means a sense of time and rhythm, besides versatility, creative ability and also stage confidence. To pursue law after 12th you can either opt for BA,BBA etc and then opt for LLB or you can pursue integrated LLB course . For an integrated law program you can opt for the following entrance exams :
CLAT
LSAT
AILET
