XAT percentile is decent. But considering ur overall profile u may get a call since it will be evaluated overall. I wud suggest u to apply at the earliest.

Hi. Your CAT score is decent however your academic profile is average. You have okay chances of getting a call. Call depends upon the pool of applicants applying for DMS. So, though the profile may get a call but it all boils down to the kind of applications we get. All the best !

Ur overall profile is good apart from ur 12th marks. I wud suggest u too apply since ur overall profile wud be evaluated for shortlisting for interviews

You have not mentioned your caste or any work exp., so am assuming that you are fresher. My advice for you will be prepare hard for CAT 2016 and also other exams like SNAP TISS NMAT. Wish you all the best

Assuming that you are a fresher i would advice you to prepare well again for this year because 70 percentile will not be enough to fetch you a call from a decent bschool.

It might not even matter what your 12th stream was, as long as you know in what field your passion lies, what skills you have right now and where to improve. After you decide that, I would suggest you to locate a course and create a short list of colleges or universities which you know offer reputed courses in that field. This stage will need research and advice.
https://Shiksha.com is a good place to begin with searching colleges. These could be colleges offering a BBA in Chennai, B.Com colleg
